(YMYL) Your Mess Your Life — Career [Part 1]
Hey you again! Guess who’s back?
Life throwing you spices lately, i know right? Losing that freelance job stings, I get it. Freelancing seemed like sunshine and rainbows, but let’s be real, it’s been a rollercoaster.
Remember feeling like a total nobody three years ago? (Okay, maybe a little still, lol!) You were brave — quitting your dream job, at your the most comfort zone. It was a fresh start!
Making it financially? Not so much at first. You had like two fashion blogs barely bringing in the dough, and your hubby was out of work, thanks to COVID. Savings? Practically non-existent. Remember that “innocent” vacation and plant shopping spree? Talk about bad timing! You even sold your wedding necklace for an iPhone (yikes!). But hey, you were happy!
Living in that rough neighborhood, being a stay-at-home wife with no “real” job — people definitely judged. Like, who are you if you don’t have a fancy title, right? It wasn’t easy, but gotta give it to you, you were tough.
Luckily, that blogging job reminded you of what truly matters — getting what you deserve. You poured your heart and soul into it, remember all those skills you built at your old job? That passion, that consistency — that’s what makes you, you! Remember how awesome you felt?
Fast forward three years. Things slowly started looking up! Your income grew, you unlocked achievements left and right, and you could finally afford all those things you ever dreamed of. You even made the people around you happy. You were on top of the world!
Okay, so happiness can’t last forever, right? The big G (a.k.a. Google) threw you a curveball, and now you feel lost. I know, it’s totally normal! Take a breather, you deserve it. You already took care of your loved ones, and they don’t owe you anything. Remember that.
If things feel messed up, it might just be fate’s way of doing things. Just keep being you — the optimistic and kind you. Don’t let setbacks turn you bitter. You got this!
